Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please notify us within 24 hours. If sick your appointment will be canceled without penalties. Clients who late cancel (up 12-hour prior to appointment) will be charged 50% of reserved service and the balance will be added to your account in the form of a store credit. Last minute cancellations/no-shows will be charged 100% of reserved service.
